MANUFACTURED HOME SITES
Situated on 34 acres, Wellington
Station Resort was built as a quiet, adult manufactured home community and RV
park in Wellington, Nevada in the 1960s. We offer
Manufactured Home sites on the West Walker River, with room for up to a double
wide Manufactured home (sites are 50' wide by 85' long), decks on the river, patios, plus driveway and sheds or carport. Water, sewer and trash are included in the
reasonable monthly rates.

The Park has mature shade trees and great views
In the RV Park, we have sites that can accommodate up to 40 foot rigs or a park model, with separate dry storage available for additional vehicles or boats. Each space comes with parking for two vehicles, full hookups with 30 or 50 amps, and heated rest rooms with hot, free showers. We have a small laundry room with $1 wash or dry. Water, electric, sewer and trash are included in the daily and weekly rates; water, sewer and trash are included in the monthly rates. RVs that remain in the park for more than 90 days are considered Manufactured Homes by the State and come under Nevada 118B regulations.
Many of our guests and residents fish right outside their back door!
